  • All FSPs and IT Support Groups will have access to the Web Console and will be able to see logs, configuration and settings for all their clients
  • One centralized console for Medford/Boston/Grafton campuses
    • One client for all campuses. There are no longer separate OfficeScan clients for Medford and Boston/Grafton since they will all be reporting to one centralized server
