The TrendMicro OfficeScan Server maintenance window will always occur during the time windows specified by ESS here: Server Hosting and Management
 During this time there is a possiblity that the OfficeScan servers (TABVMTREND1-TABVMTREND3) may be temporarily brought offline for scheduled updates or routine maintenance.
OfficeScan clients that are connected to TABVMTREND1 will be unable to connect the OfficeScan Console (TABVMTREND1) server during this time however clients will still continue to receive virus definitions and web reputation services directly from Trend Micro.
Scheduled Update and Release Cycle
Service Packs and Hot Fixes will be evaluated based on their severity or client impact and will be applied on a 180 day (6 month) release cycle. Â In the event an update addresses a critical bug or requested feature enhancement it may be applied sooner if the need arises.
