Student Personal Computers
TTS Staffs a walk up center for students. The interns and students in the center can help with email, passwords, software, virus, malware, Apple and Dell warranty repairs and out of warranty repairs on most models of computers. The center takes walk up on a first come first served basis. Students calling about:
- Status of computer repairs
- Network restrictions
- availability of space to drop a machine
- basically any question relating to student computing help
Should be directed to X74688 or X 74665 during normal business hours. After hours please enter a ticket in TechConnect and put it in the student repair queue and one of the interns or supervisors will get it during business days.
