Pinnacle is a Service Lifecycle Management System used by TTS - Enterprise Infrastructure for Voice, Data, Network, and Operations service management. It is also used to manage the enterprise-wide end-user Telephone Chargeback and Report process.
Attached Documentation is for EI support personnel who will intake and manage tickets and associated work flow operations.
