TABVMTREND3 is the test TrendMicro OfficeScan 10.6 Server. It also serves as secondary Trend Micro Smart Protection Server (File Reptuation and Web Reputation Services) for all Tufts University OfficeScan Clients that have Smart Scanning enabled.
- It will also serve as backup to the primary Trend Micro Smart Protection Server in the event clients are not able to contact or access TABVMTREND2
- Clients that are off-campus and not able to contact any Tufts OfficeScan server will receive definitions, file and web reputation services directly from Trend Micro’s cloud.
