Overview
The ITS print server is only used for ITS supported printers and ITS supported computers. Printers that are not supported by ITS will not be added to the ITS print server.

To add a new pritner please email helpdesk@ase.tufts.edu or create a ticket in ITSM and assign it to the ITS Helpdesk queue.
Known Issues
Jobs with file names longer than 255 characters hang and do not print.
