Nessus Support Request

Email information_security@tufts.edu to report any issues or request assistance. Don't hesitate to get in touch for help designing scan policies, analyzing results, or any other issue. Please include details including times, relevant scan targets, and/or any subnets that need to be changed in your scan permission list.

To discuss a specific scan report, export it to the .nessus format and provide it to Information Security. If you are comfortable emailing it, you can send it to information_security@tufts.edu; if you prefer not to email it, contact Information Security at 617-627-6070 to arrange the discussion.
