About
The Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) is a portal that allows administrators and technical support staff the ability to view endpoints and their configurations.
Logging Into the TMS
- Open a browser window and go to http://10.250.150.202/tms/
- Login using your Tufts Username and Tufts Password
Testing Connections - Placing a Call from TMS
After logging into TMS, complete the following steps:
- From the main menu select, Systems - Navigator.
- Click Endpoints. A list of in-room video conferencing rooms (endpoints) is listed (all campuses).
- Open the appropriate campus, and click onto the desired endpoint.
- Click the Call Status Tab. Ensure the room is not currently in a call.
- To test, enter the address of the system you are calling into the Address Field.
- For Jabber, enter a Tufts Email Address.
- For another Endpoint, enter the address of the room (generally room@tufts.edu).
- Click Dial.
Locating the Address of an Endpoint in TMS
After logging into TMS, complete the following steps:
- From the main menu select, Systems - Navigator.
- Click Endpoints. A list of in-room video conferencing rooms (endpoints) is listed (all campuses).
- Click onto the desired endpoint.
- Click the Call Status Tab.
- Locate the H.323 field. The address is listed there.
