This page will outline any outstanding known bugs, annoyances and enhancement requests.

Adobe Connect

Endpoints

  • No convention for naming endpoints
  • Increase call quality

TMS

Jabber Video

  • Upgrade Jabber clients to 4.6

Content Server

  • Should default to SIP when calling from the "create recording" page
  • Content server can't make h323 calls
  • Add a max length for calls
  • Change gatekeeper to dns name
  • Change DNS name of content server to recordings.uit.tufts.edu or something
  • Find out tufts\tcsnasuser (aka UIT-CONTENT1\tcsnasuser) password, local admin, and add them to password safe
  • Expand licensing (2 live streams and 5 recorded calls) if needed
  • Domain Users security group doesn't work properly
  • Cisco TelePresence Content Servers (uit-content1 and uit-content2) should have signed SSL certificates

Codian

  • Identify and remove unused conferences
  • Create process to name conferences
