The Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) is a portal that allows administrators and technical support staff the ability to view endpoints and their configurations.

Logging Into the TMS

  1. Open a browser window and go to http://10.250.150.202/tms/
  2. Login using your Tufts Username and Tufts Password

Testing Connections - Placing a Call from TMS

After logging into TMS, complete the following steps:

  1. From the main menu select, Systems - Navigator.
  2. Click Endpoints. A list of in-room video conferencing rooms (endpoints) is listed (all campuses).
  3. Open the appropriate campus, and click onto the desired endpoint.
  4. Click the Call Status Tab. Ensure the room is not currently in a call.
  5. To test, enter the address of the system you are calling into the Address Field.
    1. For Jabber, enter a Tufts Email Address.
    2. For another Endpoint, enter the address of the room (generally room@tufts.edu).
  6. Click Dial.

Locating the Address of an Endpoint in TMS

After logging into TMS, complete the following steps:

  1. From the main menu select, Systems - Navigator.
  2. Click Endpoints. A list of in-room video conferencing rooms (endpoints) is listed (all campuses).
  3. Click onto the desired endpoint.
  4. Click the Call Status Tab.
  5. Locate the H.323 field. The address is listed there.
