Requesting to Remove tuftsmedicalcenter

We have approval and are moving forward with white listing the following.
 
130.64.213.204 - (dns hostnames: smtpout-prod-01.uit.tufts.edu, smtpout-prod-01-relay.uit.tufts.edu))
130.64.213.205 - (dns hostnames: smtpout-prod-02.uit.tufts.edu, smtpout-prod-02-relay.uit.tufts.edu))
130.64.19.53 - (dns hostnames: smtpout-prod-03.uit.tufts.edu, smtpout-prod-03-relay.uit.tufts.edu))
130.64.19.52 - (dns hostnames: smtpout-prod-04.uit.tufts.edu, smtpout-prod-04-relay.uit.tufts.edu))
 
We can also setup TU key contacts in Remedy which will allow you to contact the Tufts MC Help Desk. We will need some minimum information for those contact. I’ve added our Service Managers (Butch Scribner & Alicia Lee) as they will need some minimum information for those contacts.

What contact information in addition to below is needed to setup Tufts University contacts in Remedy as customer contacts to allow TU contacts to call into the Help Desk to report outages (incident tickets for the Network and Messaging teams)?
