This document is a must read before trying to deploy Batch File packages with LANDesk. In fact, it should be read before the batch file is even written to make sure the batch file is written correctly to work with a remote deployment using LANDesk. Although it is referencing the old LANDesk console, it is still relevant for the task of creating great batch packages.
