Adobe Flash Player
Package Information
Adobe Flash Player
Current Version: 11.3.300.265
Last Updated: 7/12/2012
NOTE: As of Flash 11.3, the 32-bit and 64-bit versions have been combined into one universal installer. There is no longer need to maintain two separate installers.  Only one is needed.
Microsoft launched Internet Explorer 10 in conjunction with Windows 8 back in August 2012, it shipped the Flash player as an integrated part of the browser. All flash updates in IE 10+ are handled by Microsoft through monthly patches, same way they release patches for all of their products - monthly, every second Tuesday of the month.
