MAC Mail disapperaing folder (5.2 on Lion)

Issue with mac mail 5.2 on lion.Â
Some Users are experiencing folders disappearing from their tufts account in mac mail.
Rebuilding the mailbox did not resolve the issue. We found issue on apple forums
