Add or Modify a MAC Address's Description

  1. Search for the MAC address in BlueCat
  2. Click on the MAC address to go to that page
  3. Click the drop-down menu (blue button to the right of the MAC address) and select "Edit this Object"
  4. You then have access to add to/modify the following fields:
    • Description
    • Expiration Date
    • Registered By
    • Registered For
    • Restriction Reason (shown to user)
  5. At the bottom, click Update to save any changes.
