Overview

HII within Landesk has some weird behavior that isn't always obvious. This page outlines common issues and troubleshooting techniques.

HII action fails:

HII can fail for a number of reasons, the 2 most common things to check are that

  1. Ensure you added the drivers for that model within the Landesk console AND make sure you added the proper manufacturer and model name from Landesk inventory
  2. COnfirm that your target OS set properly within your provisioning template
