Bug Description

A firewall issue caused files sent from CAS to Slate through the API to not be delivered.

Issue Description:

From approximately 6:45 PM 9/12/2023 until 8:30 AM 9/13/2023, files sent from the CAS API to Slate via SFTP were not delivered due to a firewall issue.

9/13 8:22 AM:

Good morning everyone, after some initial investigation we can confirm that the SFTP has not failed and is in fact "up" as it were. It seems like that this is related to a firewall issue, which we still in the process of investigating. Once again, thank you for reporting, for your patience and we will provide an update when one is available!

9/13 8:29 AM:

Hi all! It's me again! We are now seeing connections being accepted. Outbound file transfers would have been unaffected and all jobs within Slate would similarly be unaffected. If you attempt to pick up your files once more, they are ready and waiting. Thank you!

  1. Identified skipped/missed files via the error reports sent to tts-slate-team@tufts.edu. Three subscriptions were affected, all In Progress subscriptions for PTCAS.
