Eve though it is present, and available in the Reader

Working theory: the reference type of Animal-Related is a problem. Confirmed this in Test--if the reference is “academic”, or any other type, it shows on the checklist.

Resolution Steps

Change Index Value for Animal-Related to 'Z'. For previous applications, suggested Patty impersonate those people and update the type of letter.
