Troubleshooting/Research
The rule that calculates the summary field value is incorrect:
The URG C flag itself is set only upon submission, BUT the hierarchical fields that determine the value in the NIH URG field run constantly, so an update to the URG C field will cascade.
There were 69 applications ONLY ‘Homeless’ or ‘Pell’, and the related person was flagged as URG C’s (out of 339 URG C apps total). 47 of those were marked as from URG C’s in the NIH field, but it is only 31 people, total; other people were A’s or B’s, so that will not change. Of that group, there are only 7 Admits, IE’s, or blanks; 2 of those are MBR’s, 3 were PhD’s, and two are PREP--one who does not have a decision yet. https://tufts.box.com/s/n8ihjfuql68ep5akkbbugxz5e0l8cnvo
