Proofpoint
Description
Proofpoint quarantines all suspected spam and sends the user an End User Digest which displays all spam collected and allows user to retrieve messages which have been mistakenly categorized. Spam is automatically deleted from quarantine after 14 days.

The service is primarily supported by the TTS Technology Support Center. Advanced issues may be escalated to TTS ESS.
