Approval Schedule and Information

Microsoft releases scheduled patches the first Tuesday of every month. They are approved on the the Thursday of the week they are released. Out-of-band patches and some patches deemed critical enough are approved after 1 business day instead.

Major upgrades (such as IE upgrades, Windows and Office Service Packs, etc) may be delayed at the discretion of Support Systems.

Maintenance Windows

Maintenance will be performed during EI maintenance windows. Outages or downtime will not be communicated because they should have no visible impact to clients.
