Proofpoint Quarantine Options

There are four options available within the Proofpoint End User Digest and Quarantine

• The View option allows client to read email with Proofpoint's protection, to determine whether it is spam
• The Release option sends the email into the client's Inbox
• The Safelist option identifies the sender of the message as a safe sender and no longer quarantines messages from that address
• The Not Spam option releases the email into client's Inbox, and sends notification so that subsequent similar messages will not be filtered out as spam.
