Overview
Landesk Support Tools is a helpful addon that adds many useful options to the context (right click) menu on computers within Landesk. You can find more information and instructions here: http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-5076
Adding Dell Warranty info
The SupportTools.xml located at C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\SupportTools can be edited to add or remove options from the Support Tools context menu.
If you overwrite your SupportTools.xml with the one attached to this page, it will add a Dell warranty info lookup to the context menu.
Issues
Unfortunately, Landesk Support Tools addon is unsupported to if you have any issues you will have to troubleshoot and resolve them on your own. No official support will be provided.
