Subject: [External] TUSMGP Query Validation

Happy Friday!

Allen completed the validation checks on the FGI-built queries in the TUSMGP instance, confirming the old and new versions are returning the same results.

One quick callout for this query:

https://tusmgp.admissions.tufts.edu/manage/query/build?id=a2430b04-5f37-42a2-a46a-959cff310168

The formula for 'Days' includes an export labeled dpt:

This is also reflected in the SQL, with the GUID for that populated still saved.

However, since the Inquiry DPT-PHX population is now Inactive, the configuration dropdown defaults to the App: DPT - Awaiting Materials population, with the inactive population no longer available for selection if that export were resaved on the old query.

Population GUIDs for reference:

In the CJs version this isn't an issue, as you can filter for inactive populations. CJs for comparison: https://tusmgp.admissions.tufts.edu/manage/query/build?id=bb0ba22b-30c0-4eb4-8759-f7ec80a9cf69 My assumption was that you wanted to match the SQL (i.e. the DPT-PHX population) and not the Awaiting Materials population, but let me know if you'd like that updated. We wanted to mention that difference in the appearance in case it causes any confusion as folks are looking back at older versions of these queries. It's certainly misleading that the old export appears to show one population selected when another actually is!

Best,

Tristan
