Konica Printers and Adding Emails

Adding emails to Minolta Konica Bizhubs

There are two ways to perform this. First way is

1) open up a browser (preferably firefox) and type in the IP address
                                  EX: 130.64.000.00
2) Check off the ADMIN box and click LOGIN
3) Then put int he ADMIN password (all techs should have this)
4) click on the STORE ADDRESS BOX (should be an orange box
5) Then click on NEW REGISTRATION
6) Make sure EMAIL is checked off and then hit OK
7) Put users full name in (where it says NAME) and CHECK OFF MAIN so the email address will immediately be on the Printer. Tehn type in email address and hit ok.
8) MAKE SURE YOU TOTALLY LOGOUT (if you don't the screen on the Bizhub will say locked or looked frozen).

Option number 2 (add new email address to the Printer itself).
1) On the Printer click on UTILITIES
2) then 1st option tools
3) then 1st option again tools
4) then 1st option again - create one touch destination
5) then ADDRESS BOOK PUBLIC option
6) Then click NEW at bottom of screen and then add the email address and hit ok or new
