Applicant cannot see link to pay Tufts application fee in portal, even though it is visible to staff upon impersonation.

[updated 9/23/2024] This is typically a browser issue. Suggest they 1) try a different browser, 2) make sure they are not using a mobile device, which can distort the layout of the page.

If all else fails, staff can email them a direct link to their payment page by going into their application record, clicking on the payment activity at the bottom of the screen, and then copying the link and send it to them via email:
