Updates to MBS application for 2025 cycle.

Detailed description of desired deliverable:

On this form, Personal Information (MBS) (tufts.edu)

  1. can we change the U.S. citizenship question to "Are you a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident? and if they answer "no" provide the list of countries for them to select citizenship?

  2. We then want to remove the separate permanent resident question

  3. Keep the dual citizenship question

On this form, Additional Questions (MBS) (tufts.edu) under Personal Background

  1. Can you make the section with the list of questions required but add an option to select "Prefer not to answer" 

    1. I am unable to edit the list

On this form: Academic History and Prerequisites (tufts.edu)

  1. Can you build it with the TUSM Pathway form embedded so that when someone chooses MD that program and prereqs show on this page/section 

  2. Can you build the same for Dental now that we are working to include it more in our process?

Research:

9/27 Meeting Questions:

  1. Should test years go back to 2012? Aren’t they only valid for 5 years?

  2. Add DAT score report to materials, mirror MCAT entry Do you just mean a material type to upload the report as a PDF? Also visible in the Reader as a tab?

  3. GPA Calcuations

  4. Screening form:

    1. Created new screening form, since this one seems to be changing from old one.

    2. All sections of MCAT and DAT- this will be what they type

    3. Quarter system indication after trimester (same thing populates) Why? But I did this.

    4. Transfer credit yes/no and Does this mean did they recieve transfer credit in undergrad?

    5. do we have transcripts in Final Official Transcripts section and change to just Transcripts

    6. Do you not want the email that notifies them what they are missing for prerequisites?

  5. Committee Reader Review Form:

    1. Add Committee Member Feedback with optional open text box There is already a comments, is this request different than that?

    2. Add undergrad school and GPA
