Program Interest | This should reflect the program that the student indicates they are interested in. It may or may not match exactly the application program lists, so is a separate prompt, to give the recruitment and marketing teams flexibility in setting these values without impacting the applications. |
Planned Entry Term/Year | This should reflect either the year (e.g., 2025) or the start term/year (e.g. Fall 2025) that the student indicates they plan to join the program. |
Effective Date | This field is used when it is necessary to set a date for when the interest/engagement reflected in the inquiry details row occured before the created date logged by Slate for the row. (e.g., when Hubspot data is imported, the created date of the row is the date of the import, but the date the engagement occured is the day before). |
Program Interest ID | This field is used when it is necessary to match data being added to an inquiry details row via a form submission, or under other circumstances where it is not possible to know the GUID of the existing inquiry details row in advance. |
Inquiry Source | This is a top-level category reflecting the “type” of engagement that resulted in the inquiry details row. To keep it simple, the prompt options are limited to:

* UTM Codes are appended to marketing campaigns to help the marketing group track the performance of marketing campaigns. They have been added here to store values passed through to Slate from Hubspot; UTM codes used in Slate-hosted campaigns are available in form metadata, not the inquiry details table.
