Maintenance Window
Since UIT host the server, their maintenance window's are detailed here
Any service changes by OIT will be made within the same windows detailed above. OIT Liaisons will be notified of any outages 48 hours in advance except in certain extenuating circumstances.
Procedure to install a Printer
- go.tufts.edu/printers
To get a printer added to the print server
Create a ticket in ITSM and assign it to Petar.
Include the dns name, model number, and location of the printer. Please make sure the printer is online before requesting it be added.
Known Issues
Jobs with file names longer than 255 characters hang and do not print.
