With the LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance you can now remote control clients off-campus that already have the LANDesk agent installed. Before this will work properly your clients must have the latest LANDesk agent installed so that automatic gateway switching will work properly. All clients were updated on the network shares as of 6/19/2012. It is recommended that you either deploy the latest LANDesk agents to your clients either using a schedule agent deploy via the LANDesk console or using an AdvanceAgent group policy.
