Overview
With McAfee Drive Encryption, all domain users who have logged into a computer are automatically given access to the machine once it is encrypted.
To add a new user, simply add the user to the Encryption_Users security group in Active Directory Users and computers. If you do not have permission to do this or do not know how, please submit a ticket to it@tufts.edu using the following template:
Hello Support Systems, On behalf of (IT GROUP), please add (UTLN/Tufts Username) to the following security group: Encryption_Users . This will allow them to sign into McAfee encrypted computers. Thanks, (NAME)
