Participants include OVPR 927 (Beth Storrs, Shan Healy-Kern, Helen Williams, Linda E. Snell, and Christopher Tatro, who discuss various administrative and technical issues.

Discussion on division of work and moving to TechConnect

Data Management Issues: Issues with data management, including identifying student addresses and handling incorrect data entries, are highlighted.

FGI Update:  complex queries trainings, query libraries and documentation. Encouraged to consider possibility of more consulting hours

Denodo Update: v1 set to go live over September; great interest, definitely a bottleneck to get end users up to speed on using the tools themselves.

Successes include use of SnapLogic for some TUSMGP materials, and decedent procedures.

Gender Data Collection: Efforts to improve gender data collection and management by using field to separately collect gender identity and gender markers, are highlighted. Should include pivoting away from custom fields in the next upgrade: Chris to write up ticket.

University College Data Issues: University College's data management problems, such as inconsistent decision codes and fiscal year reporting, were reviewed

Administrative Changes: Potential administrative changes, including the restructuring of enterprise applications and the interim management structure, are discussed.

Future Plans and Transition: Plans for a smooth transition, including the potential for continued involvement in the identity project and the search for a new CIO, are outlined.
