GitHub Copilot is a cloud-based artificial intelligence tool developed by GitHub and OpenAI to assist users of Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Neovim, and JetBrains integrated development environments by autocompleting code.
GitHub Copilot licenses are available to member of the Tufts Technology Services (TTS) under the Tufts Technology Service GitHub organization however there are a limited numbers of seats available. In order to request access to GitHub CoPilot, please send a ServiceNow request to it@tufts.edu with your GitHub username. You must also have approval from director or manager before requesting access to Copilot.
A member of the ESCP Team will be able to assign you a seat for GitHub Copilot. You will receive an email from GitHub when access is granted.
