Since UIT host the server, their maintenance window's are detailed here
Any service changes by OIT will be made within the same windows detailed above. OIT Liaisons will OIT Liaisons will be notified of any outages 48 hours in advance except in certain extenuating circumstances.
Procedure to install a Printer

To get a printer added to the print server

Include the dns name, model number, and location of the printer. Please make sure the printer is online before requesting it be added.
