Sync Explain Everything app with Tufts Box account
If someone is having trouble syncing their "Explain Everything" app with Tufts Box account, perform the following troubleshooting steps:Â
- Select the Box Connection in Explain Everything
- Enter your Box email address and LEAVE THE PASSWORD FIELD BLANK
- You will be re-directed to your SSO login page where you will need to enter your company credentials
- Once you enter your company credentials you will be redirected back to the app and your Box files will be available
**If all fails makes sure that the "Explain Everything" app is confirmed on the list of app the Tufts Box account can sync with, a admin on the enterprise account can check that***
