Sync Explain Everything app with Tufts Box account

If someone is having trouble syncing their "Explain Everything" app with Tufts Box account, perform the following troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Select the Box Connection in Explain Everything
  2. Enter your Box email address and LEAVE THE PASSWORD FIELD BLANK
  3. You will be re-directed to your SSO login page where you will need to enter your company credentials
  4. Once you enter your company credentials you will be redirected back to the app and your Box files will be available

**If all fails makes sure that the "Explain Everything" app is confirmed on the list of app the Tufts Box account can sync with, a admin on the enterprise account can check that***
