Add&Remove Delegate Failure
If a user has set up his/her account to have delegates, and one or more of those delegates' AD objects expire or are deleted, then the user will be unable to change their delegate settings without removing the expired delegates. The user will experience the error below upon trying to add/remove delegates. Note that the expired delegate is listed as (not found).
Sometimes removing the expired delegates from Outlook will not remove them from the user's AD object attribute publicDelegates. Note that EMC does not show expired AD objects, so you may run into seemingly incomprehensible issues when editing a user's account with expired/nonexistent AD accounts associated with it. In such a case the expired delegates must be removed manually using ADSIedit.
