Summary Description

This form is designed to to be the trigger to update the information in SIS after the final enroll decision [when we migrate to Kafka]. In addition, it helps bridge the gap from Admissions systems that are collecting gender marker and identity and SIS as long as it only has a single field--it gives students the option to see how they ‘look’ in SIS

Desired Deliverable

A single form in each instance that is available to incoming students to make updates should they choose to do so. At this instant, there is nothing automated about changes students ask for; Elizabeth Storrs is the ‘admin’ on the forms, so if/when forms are submitted, she will be working with the appropriate regsitrar to make any changes.

Ultimately this will flow without human intervention.
