Tufts Projects is a university-wide Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system designed to assist members of the Tufts community with planning, approving, and tracking projects and resources. Tufts Projects can assist with prioritizing projects, determining what resources are required to deliver them, and communicating progress to stakeholders more efficiently.
Features of Tufts Projects include:

  • “Real-time” visibility on project status, issues and risks via an automated dashboard
  • Ability to gather data and share updates on ongoing projects more efficiently
  • Built-in electronic approvals
  • Improved resource management and planning with time reporting and resource assignments
