Description
Allows Tufts to rapidly send an alert to community members during crisis and/or emergency situation. May be activated by University Police during a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of the Tufts community.
Support
TSC handles user inquiries about login problems, updating contact information, etc.
International Numbers
End users cannot enter or edit non-US phone numbers through the web-based UI. Users are instructed to contact it@tufts.edu for help with international numbers. The user's phone number should be collected in the ticket and the information forwarded to ready@tufts.edu, who will contact the system vendor to enter the data through the back-end. During fall and spring data collection this process will be batched just before the test date.
