Tufts Tools Self Service Portal
User reports "Error #5" when trying use self service password reset on Tufts Tools.
You need to leave the "TUFTS\" in the field when you're entering your UTLN
For example, you should enter
TUFTS\UTLN
and not just:
UTLN
