The Telecommunications Team provides integrated telephone support service across all three Tufts campuses. This involves installation and maintenance of all campus telephone, fax, and voice-mail services. The team is part of the combined Telecommunications/ Data Communications (Teldata) Help Desk, the central office for telephone equipment needs and customer inquiries.
