Why are some IMAP folders showing up in OWA, but not in Thunderbird after migrating?
A:
To see these folders in Thunderbird, go to File > Subscribe, and check any folders or subfolders that should be shown in Thunderbird. Do not check items like "Tasks" or "Notes" that are Exchange items, and not actually IMAP folders.
One user still reports an issue being able to see and subscribe to IMAP subfolders in Thunderbird, with no issues in Outlook or OWA. This issue is being looked into, and is potentially related to Exchange security roll-ups.
