- Mobile Device Configured
- Calendar Sharing/Delegations reconfigured?
- Verify they can log into OWA (https://exchange.tufts.edu) and bookmark site for them
- Open go.tufts.edu/infoexchange for the user and bookmark
- Filter rules recreated?
- Any old trumpeter group accounts that need to be manually mapped in as IMAP connections?

- Verify mail delivery/send on client, owa and mobile device.
