Exam Management Solutions at Tufts

Tufts Medical School is currently implementing Examsoft's Exam Management Solution.

Examsoft is in production for the incoming class of Physician's Assistants at the Medical School.

Administration of accounts for the Physician's Assistants is being handled by Richard Murphy, Director of the PA program.

The Medical School plans to roll out Examsoft in September.

Examsoft is testing Simplified Sign-on using your Tufts Username and Password. The plan is to cut this functionality over to production sometime in the fall semester.

There is now an iPad-based Examsoft solution that is being tested by the Medical School.

Description

The Examsoft solution allows professors to create exams online.  The students download an application to their computers (Softtest), which then downloads the test when they supply a special code. When the software is launched, it locks down all internet access from the device.  The system is designed to be used on personal laptops.
