There are several LANDesk Agents available with different configurations on the Public software share.
*Windows Agents: \\titan.tccs.tufts.edu\software$\Public\LANDesk Agents\95_SP2
- Tufts_95_SP2_Default.exe
- Default Agent: Requires permissions before allowing remote control
- Tufts_95_SP2_NoPerm.exe
- No Permissions Agent: No permissions required for remote control. Useful for Labs or Public Machines
*Mac Agents: \\titan.tccs.tufts.edu\software$\Public\LANDesk Agents\95_SP2
- Tufts_95_SP2_MAC_Default.mpkg.zip
- Default Agent: Requires permissions before allowing remote control
- Tufts_95_SP2_MAC_NoPerm.mpkg.zip
- No Permissions Agent: No permissions required for remote control. Useful for Labs or Public Machines.
Users without administrator rights on their computer who would like the LANDesk Agent installed should contact it@tufts.edu or their respective IT Support Organization.
The LANDesk Agents can also be pulled directly from the LANDesk Core Server via the AdvanceAgent folder: \\ssvmldeskcore\ldlogon\AdvanceAgent (file://\\ssvmldeskcore\ldlogon\AdvanceAgent)
