IRACDA Applicant Information Part 1 is the public facing link to the application. It serves as an account creation and application creation form simultaneously.
Upon submission of that form, the individuals receive an event communication email back with their temprary PIN
I did not realize you do not have customized system e-mails set up…that is definitely something we should fix for these automated emails:
Recommendation request
Recommendation submission (to applicant)
Recommendation submission (to recommender)
(If nothing else to get your branding on them.)
You’ve got a Part 1 Application creation mailing, but I am not seeing an application submission or decision notification mailing—something to think about adding, if you like~
