Remote Control for Macs on LANDesk 9.5 SP1

The usage of the normal remote control viewer within LANDesk 9.5 SP1 is now depreciated for Macintosh clients.  All Mac clients running the latest LANDesk 9.5 SP1 agents will only use the HTML5 remote control viewer for remote control access.

Limitations: User must be logged into the Mac for a remote control session to work properly. You cannot remote control a Mac if there is no current user logged into a session.

Within the LANDesk Management Console, right-click on the Mac computer and click "HTML Remote Control"
