Hi Pamela,
I’m in the Fletcher admissions office. We’re trying to start an institutional text message process, and our instance of Slate is asking that we register a business profile to accommodate a new set of business texting regulations. As a part of that, we’ve been asked to list an “authorized representative” in an executive level role. They maintain that this person is usually not contacted during review (see screenshot below). I thought Mike made the most sense as an executive to list here, but wanted to see if there was a generic email and phone number I could list so, in the event that they do reach out, he’s not contacted directly and things can just make their way back to me?
