Maintenance Window
The TrendMicro OfficeScan Server maintainance window occurs every Tuesday night from 9PM to 1AM. Server maintenance window will always occur during the time windows specified by ESS here: Server Hosting and Management
During this time there is a possiblity that the OfficeScan servers (TABVMTREND1-TABVMTREND3) may be temporarily be brought offline for scheduled updates or routain maitenanceroutine maintenance.

Scheduled Update and Release Cycle
Service Packs and Hot Fixes will be evaluated based on their severity or client impact and will be applied on a 180 day (6 month) release cycle. In the event an update addresses a critical bug or requested feature enhancement it may be applied sooner if the need arises.
