Many of the Adobe applications are large and can take a while to install. Depending on a number of factors, it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes to install these programs. |
Issue
Anyone who has issues with the Adobe LANDesk packages in the Adobe CC folder can submit a ticket to support-systems@tufts.edu for assistance. Please include the following information in the ticket:
- Exact name of the package you tried to install
- The exact text of any error message
- The name of the computer you tried to install the software on
